The Goal:
Find Carmelo a job opportunity that aligns with his career goals & then connect him with the decision maker in the hiring process.

5 Step
Referral Process

1) Find the opportunity that aligns with what Carmelo is looking for
2) Share the opportunities you find in a dedicated personalized spreadsheet (sent over after agreement signed)
3) Carmelo will go over each opportunity each week via the spreadsheet provided
4) Each opportunity he approves, you will reach out to the hiring staff and decision maker for that role with a personalized message and Carmelo's contact information
5) Your job is complete after that with that particular job opportunity. Carmelo will then take over from there and connect with hiring team for a screening call and interview.

- Hybrid Setting Conditions:
Quarterly - Open to once every few months for training and meetings (ok)
- Full-time
- Weekends off
- Permanent positions (preferable)
- Must allow working from Italy & USA

How do you get paid?

  • There will be an agreement typed up to make sure that we are all on the same page and you understand what is involved with this partnership of helping Carmelo land a job

  • Carmelo must receive a secured offer letter in writing

  • Carmelo must be in referred role at minimum of 2 weeks before payment sent out

  • Payment is based off a 5 Tier Level Reward System- (in which this will all be shared in the agreement)

  • Payment will be sent out at Carmelo’s discretion

  • Payment is dependent on salary, benefits, if any other person is involved with obtaining referral (resulting in a split payment), and other potential factors.

  • Payment will be given in installments with PayPal or whatever is easiest for Carmelo at the time - there will be a payment plan the higher the amount.
